Account Director, Outliant

• 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital strategy, including at least 3 years in a director-level (or equivalent) role
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level digital accounts, particularly in web development initiatives, with a strong understanding of the full web development lifecycle — from planning and UX/UI to QA and deployment. Technical knowledge is essential, though hands-on coding is not required
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between technical and non-technical teams
• Strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex problems and delivering actionable, technically sound solutions
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Contentful), marketing tech stacks, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and SEO tools
