- You’re a self-starter. We’re a team of builders, former founders and operators who enjoy seeing problems and solving them - we’re looking for someone who’s taken the leap on starting or solving something before, whether its an app, startup, lemonade-stand, side-hustle, delivering the papers etc
- You are organised and enjoy getting stuff done. For us to successfully achieve our goals, there’s a lot that we need to do, including organising lots of events in our community - we’re looking for someone who loves getting stuff done, is organised, able to handle actions autonomously and cares about the details
- You value momentum over perfection Its important to us that we move fast, often making fast decisions as a team on incomplete data - we’re looking for someone who enjoys this environment and thrives on being both collaborative and autonomous whilst moving at speed
- You enjoy being around people Our community is core to our product and go to market - we’re looking for someone who enjoys events organisation & engaging with our customers as we scale our community across geographies
- You value giving and receiving feedback As a small team, we focus on openness and improving fast, with frequent checkins and regular two-way feedback - we’re looking for someone who thrives on being transparent, as well as giving and receiving feedback with low ego regularly as part of their week
- Value in-person interactions We value flexibility, but also the magic that can happen when everyone is in the same room - we’re ideally looking for someone who is able to be in-person in central London 4 days a week (with some flexibility)
What the job involves
- Event & Community Management: Executing on many event organisation tasks, including confirming hosts, scheduling emails, inviting current community members, creating event assets in Figma, creating outreach campaigns to invite new people. Working closely with our awesome community leads to plan and then execute on how we grow our community to elevate Solutioners and technical sales globally. Seek new ways to automate and bring more efficiency and effectiveness to how we organise our events and bring awesome Solutioners together.
- Sales & Targeting Support: Learning, mastering & improving our GTM & Community tech stack, especially Notion, Lu.ma, Attio, Figma, Zapier & Clay. Learning to use Clay to build and maintain lists of which companies we should be targeting in different verticals (e.g. payments, marketing automation) as well as the specific individuals within those firms and how we reach them. Supporting as needed on operations related to sales, including creating pitch and prep materials, supporting with tasks as we onboard new customers.
- Operations support: Supporting both founders on important company initiatives, such as our monthly reporting, finance hygiene, internal team events and more.

Sales Engineering is a key and overlooked linchpin for most tech companies selling a product that needs to be integrated, implemented or customised. The role occupies a unique and critical position in the software onboarding chain, responsible for pre-sales solution design, post-sales onboarding, and implementation, along with ongoing support. While other functions may garner more attention, it's the sales engineering team that bridges the gap between complex solutions and customer understanding.
