Role
Who you are
- Have 5+ years experience working with strategic tech/ecommerce partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability
- Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets
- Deep knowledge of the martech landscape, including current innovations and industry-leading strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for clear communication, persuasive negotiation, and fostering strong professional connections
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market insights and make strategic choices based on data
- Proven track record in management roles, showcasing ability to cultivate talent and create a positive, high-achieving team environment
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 30% of work time) to attend industry events, conferences, and in-person partner meetings

- You're able to build partnership projects and analyse their results by leveraging marketing and analytics tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Google Analytics, UTM builder etc.)

What the job involves
- As Siena AI’s first Partnerships Manager, you'll drive strategic collaboration that amplifies our growth
- You will implement, scale and optimise our partnership program, aligning it with company goals while boosting ARR through marketing initiatives with BPOs, key agency and technology partners
- Lead partnership strategy: Create and execute Siena AI's partnership program, focusing on increasing revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and tech partners
- Build and nurture relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships. Manage the entire process from finding leads to closing deals, always aiming for the best return on investment
- Drive business growth through partnerships: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate partner products and create joint marketing efforts
- Educate on AI in customer experience: Create engaging content like case studies, presentations, and webinars to showcase how Siena's AI improves customer experience
- Represent Siena at events: Be the face of Siena at industry events, both in-person and online. Help increase brand awareness and reputation
- Improve strategies with data: Use metrics and reports to make informed decisions and continually refine our partnership approach
- Expand into new markets: Identify opportunities to grow Siena's business in new industries and regions through strategic partnerships
Our take
Customer service plays a pivotal role in the success or failure of commerce businesses, with a good customer service experience proven to build trust and power repeat purchases. With this in mind, Siena supplies a platform for companies to automate their customer service responses with AI capable of responding in the brand's voice and acting with "almost human" empathy.
Siena's platform can be employed for a number of customer service interactions, such as answering queries or arranging refunds and returns. The idea is to reduce the workload of customer services teams, with the platform handling over 80% of day-to-day interactions so that human team members are free to focus on more important or unique cases.
The idea is certainly an interesting one, and with its potential to save commerce companies thousands on customer support it is no surprise it boasts a number of clients already. 2023 funding will go towards hiring, go-to-market plans, and further development - with the ultimate goal for Siena to become a fully autonomous agent.
