Who you are

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management, cross-functional collaboration, and demand generation strategies
6+ years of experience managing B2B events, including tradeshows and company-hosted programs
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple events and timelines
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for crafting event outreach and messaging
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; self-starter with a bias for action

What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to temporarily lead our field marketing initiatives during a maternity leave period
This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth through the execution of high-impact events, including tradeshows, field events, and Observe.ai-hosted experiences
Lead planning and execution of tradeshows, field events, and Observe.AI-hosted experiences
Drive pipeline growth by delivering high-impact events that convert to meetings and opportunities
Build and manage event promotion campaigns, including outreach emails and pre/post-event follow-up
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution
Track and report on event ROI, pipeline, and lead conversion metrics
Manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets to deliver seamless and efficient experiences
Manage marketing coordinator, and run events end-to-end
