• 1–3 years of social media management or prior marketing experience required
• Proven ability to identify and target audiences with tailored marketing campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in multi-platform social media tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
