• A master communicator, natural at conveying information in clear, friendly, on-brand language
• A problem-solving pro, able to translate what customers have in mind into clear issues and offer on-point solutions
• Technically skilled, able to quickly find information across different databases
• Able to work independently (and enjoy it!)
• Able to navigate both happy and unhappy customers and on occasion deliver some not-so-pleasant news to them
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Tech savviness: you love using the latest technology and trying out new apps. You probably end up giving a bit of tech support to your family at Christmas 🧑‍💻
• A level of flexibility with your time

• You will join our small Community Happiness team working to provide the best experience for our app users
• In this position, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, not only for Relive app but across a range of our apps
• Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our app
• Answering incoming support tickets (the majority of your time will go to this)
• Reviewing and acting on content and profiles that's been reported to us
• Communicating issues to the Product team
• Updating our Knowledge Base and templates
• Monitoring and answering App and Play Store reviews
