Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
- Strong Salesforce Administration skills (including workflows, reporting, and integrations)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with CPQ systems and Livechat/Chatbot tools is a plus
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of B2B Commercial you’ll be the go-to expert for Salesforce and Sales Operations support
- As our Sales Operations Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing operational support to our B2B sales teams as well enhancing our Salesforce platform
- You’ll be the go-to expert for sales systems and processes, ensuring our teams are equipped to perform at their best
- You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, customer service and marketing, to improve operational efficiency, launch new products and features, and ensure the sales team operates at peak efficiency
- This includes supporting continuous improvements in NPS and SLAs
- You’ll also oversee lead generation and qualification processes, ensuring strong pipeline of high-quality prospects at all times
