What the job involves

  • In this high-impact role, you’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and a builder’s mindset to develop scalable solutions used by millions of customers worldwide
  • Design & Build Innovative Products: Develop and iterate on next-generation ecommerce features and services, using AI and machine learning to create intelligent, personalized experiences
  • Accelerate Development with AI: Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to speed up coding, testing, and deployment, allowing you to focus on creative problem-solving and quality
  • Full-Stack Product Ownership: Work across the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring each feature delivers real value
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to conceptualize and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes
  • Optimize & Scale: Identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in our systems. Use data insights to refine user interfaces, optimize algorithms, and ensure our platform can scale to billions of transactions

Our take

eCommerce marketing company Rokt is helping brands leverage the power of good timing. With Rokt, brands can present their customers with AI-curated offers and messages at every stage in their transaction, at tailored times of the day, or to market themselves at the point of transaction on other major eCommerce sites.

The idea is that “transaction moments” are when shoppers are most inclined to engage further with the brand or its products - the success of Rokt’s clients, and the runaway success of Rokt itself, show that it's successfully cracked it.
