• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company
• Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate experience

• We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring across technical functions.
• This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates through offer acceptance—while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
• Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness
