Business Development Representative, Persuit

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS

• We’re building out our Go-To-Market team, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us
• In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective law firm customers, playing a key role in fueling PERSUIT’s growth
• You’ll partner closely with our Law Firms focused team to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
• Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, email LinkedIn and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT
• Book initial meetings with target personas
• Collaborate with Account Executives to generate, schedule, join and participate in meetings
• Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers
• Maintain accurate contact records, documenting outreach, follow-ups, notes and next steps in our CRM, assist with prospect and market segmentation
• Continuously learn about PERSUIT’s product, market trends, and customer needs to refine messaging
