Role
Who you are
- ~1-2 years Marketing experience or relevant degree/studies and genuine passion for Marketing and Social media channels
- You are native in the world of Social Media. You are passionate about social channels, use them constantly and understand the differences in platforms, audiences and content across each (TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
- You have a finger on the pulse when it comes to Social trends and have a real desire to find opportunities & innovative ways in growing our community, engaging our audience and sharing our brand story
- You are a naturally talented copywriter who will enjoy bringing to life both our brand narrative and wider brand values in an authentic, playful and engaging way
- You have a great eye for visuals and come to the table with innovative creative ideas for our channels
- You are organised, hard-working and flexible. We are looking for a forward thinker that is able to think outside the box and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- You have the right attitude! You are eager to learn and grow and become a part of a dynamic and growing team

- Experience in Instagram Business and proficiency in Google Sheets
What the job involves
- You will work with the Brand Marketing team to plan and implement both BAU and marketing campaigns across Fenton’s owned marketing channels
- You will be executing the Monthly Social Media & Content calendar across our key social and owned channels (FB/IG, Pinterest, Email, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels) from planning, briefing to reporting stage
- You will support content creation and copywriting for Social and owned channels following our brand tone of voice
- Manage and engage with Fenton’s community across all Social Media accounts driving max. engagement and brand fan growth
- Monitor daily social media analytics to gauge success of social media efforts and initiatives against set KPIs
- Support brand and influencer collaborations and communications and event planning
- Ongoing market and competitor research with open eye for trends and innovations in the Social Media landscape
