- Demonstrated proven success with hitting and exceeding goals in a similar role
- Proven experience blending strategy and operations as it relates to go to market approach

- Prior experience working with Health Plans, ACOs, Provider Groups and new tech- enabled health services/ digital health solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to manage and fully integrate with Clinical Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing, as well as follow-up to expand relationships and business opportunities
- Ability to thrive/ drive growth in a start-up environment
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Willing to travel up to 30-40%
What the job involves
- Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll drive sales strategy as we develop prospects and close new and expand business with risk-bearing partners, such as accountable care organizations (ACOs)
- As one of two key lines of business for our two main revenue generation drivers, you would be a critical team member to our current and future success
- Build and cultivate partnerships through Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), while exceeding company objectives
- Excel in managing the complex sales process
- Create and develop relationships with stakeholders to drive the sales funnel
- Collaborate with a various internal resources, while working with external stakeholder at ACOs
- Qualify deals, prepare client presentations, negotiate and close contracts; sign new business authorizations at or above assigned authorization goal that take into account solutions and pricing structures that meet the prospect’s strategic company goals
- Be the SME for the healthcare landscape, in particular as it relates to the value based care trends and growth. Monitor growth and trends and sharing intel with the broader executive team
- Manage a pipeline, leveraging the Hubspot platform
