Role
Who you are
- Proven experience with end-to-end design and delivery user experiences for multiple user journeys on complex B2B web applications
- 5 or more years of experience in Product Design, with strong weighting toward user experience design
- A portfolio that demonstrates strength in both UX and product discovery
- Demonstrable experience of delivering data in a useful and appealing way to users
- Strong experience in B2B and SaaS products
- Proactive and can work independently
- Able to see projects through from inception to production autonomously
- Experience in extensively exploring solutions with cross-functional team members
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Not be afraid to challenge current ideas if you believe you have a better way of executing an idea
- Enthusiastic team player but able to work on own initiative
- A proactive individual with a “can do” attitude (self-starter)
- Has a willingness to learn and experience ongoing personal growth

- You have an impressive portfolio which demonstrates your design process, strong visual skills and outcomes that you've driven
- Strong foundations in digital product design - able to link business goals and strategy to design guidelines and performance
- You care deeply about solving customer problems and creating customer-centric products
- You will drive all stages of the design process, taking problems and transforming them into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful design solutions
- Evolve our products to be better, more intuitive and simpler
- Explore and refine quickly
- Proficient in creating and maintaining design systems
- Comfortable using Figma and other design and research tools such as Miro, Typeform, Maze, Webflow, and Trello

By digitising procurement channels, construction equipment can be priced to effectively pass on significant savings to capital-intensive construction businesses. Beginning as a B2B marketplace for tool rental, YardLink's platform has evolved to manage sourcing and booking, as well as payments, and is able to tackle pain points for contractors and project managers such as verifying supplier reliability, comparing available prices, and tracking all the equipment that is on hire.
The company's challenge will be in upending an outdated and complicated industry rooted in its ways, but its potential to solve such burdening issues has captured strong interest from potential clients and investors alike. Funds secured by the company will support in its goal to be the go-to marketplace for construction supplies.
