- 7+ Experience managing Accounts as well as a team of Account Managers
- Track record of successfully scaling partnerships
- Experience using Sales Force as database management tool
- Experience in Insurance or Marketplace partnerships

What the job involves
- Lead a team of Account Managers
- Meet or exceed monthly Revenue KPI’s
- Identify strategic opportunities for growth with key partners
- Assist in identifying ways to build business development pipeline
- Conduct business and market evaluations periodically to identify and assess growth opportunities
- Stay relevant with competitive insight and industry information, trends, forward vision and perspective
- Help Account Manages anticipate potential business challenges within each partnership relationship and propose solutions and recommendations to move the business forward
- Evaluate conference opportunities, sharing value and expected outcome
- Support in escalated client concerns or calls
- Identify strategies and tools to improve labor efficiencies
- Build and share performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to monitor trends and opportunities
- Conduct or assist with virtual and on-site meetings with partners, when needed
- Partner with management during quarterly forecast creation and review
- Communicate with rest of the Assurance team to share: Success stories and pitfalls; business trends and performance; technical blockers

It uses these systems to match prospective customers with custom health, life, Medicare, and auto insurance plans that can be bought online or through an agent.
In 2019, Prudential Financial acquired Assurance, a deal worth $2.35B, which was expected to significantly expand the market for both companies. Together, the companies have been creating a new end-to-end engagement model to better serve their respective customers
However, it was recently reported that this deal did not live up to Prudential’s expectations, having missed financial targets. Regardless, Assurance recently appointed a new CEO, who the company believes will make strides in its mission.
