Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with senior stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation or transformation programs
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Okta, and Azure preferred
- Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of API and integration deployment
- Proven experience managing complex projects with close collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to achieve customer outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you quickly identify and resolve technical issues and can communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Obsessed with customer service and enthusiastic about creating innovative solutions to ensure customer success
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
What the job involves
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, assisting with ad-hoc requests as necessary, including consulting about technical implementations and debugging highly-complex technical inquiries
- Develop a deep technical understanding of select accounts, with the ability to provide technical guidance and best practices with our integrations and API
- Become a post-sale technical expert at Asana, offering solutions, coaching and guidance to our cross-fx account teams and enterprise and strategic customers alike
- Deliver time-boxed engagements to key accounts consisting of IT Governance, Domain Migrations, Integrations Demos and Security Configurations
- Ideate with the account team on top product requests for key customers, helping drive technical product features to enhance the customer experience
- Mentor other Technical Account Managers and User Operation agents, upleveling their technical and account management acumen
- Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
