Senior Global Payroll Manager, Tekion

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in global payroll inclusive of equity and SOX compliance
• Expert knowledge of global payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• High level of proficiency in Workday payroll systems is required

Desirable

• Oversee and manage the company’s global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees in multiple countries
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure accurate payroll data and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and analyze payroll data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on payroll performance and compliance
• Lead or assist with other People Operations projects and/or programs
