Who you are
- 12+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization
- Experience managing a team of individual contributors, motivate, coach and grow a geographically dispersed team
- Experience conducting market, competitor, and customer research to gather and distill insights and assess market opportunities
- Commercial mindset, ability to work alongside and influence sales team
- Excellent communication skills, able to create an impactful narrative which convinces both internal and external audiences
- Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional partners and decision makers at the highest levels
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced technology space is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

- Our B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Director who understands the power of outstanding go-to-markets and cares deeply about the customer experience
- In this role, you will oversee a team of 3 Senior Product Marketing Managers and bring your strategic thinking and passion for high quality and high impact product marketing work in support of high priority initiatives.
- You’ll be collaborating with our research teams to build actionable insights to inform our product and commercial strategy, and with our commercial, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption and growth for our products
- As a leader, you have experience diving into a complex ecosystem of buyers and internal stakeholders, and in driving customer satisfaction and business impact through product launches.
- You excel at communication and storytelling and federating the organization around a common goal
- Securing internal alignment on priorities and scope for your team, including articulating potential resourcing gap, trade-off needs, or requests for support
- Ensuring your team and portfolio is data-informed and partner-obsessed by creating and maintaining insights roadmaps, gathering competitive intelligence, and developing impactful positioning and messaging supported by strong proof points
- Driving the development of partner-facing assets including case studies, pitch decks success stories and testimonials
- Overseeing go-to-markets activities, working cross-functionally with stakeholders from Sales Enablement, Sales, Growth Marketing, PR, etc. to efficient and impactful launches
- Reporting progress against committed goals and activities to leadership and representing your team in meetings with senior leaders when necessary Bringing industry best practices to the team and be a champion for product marketing while bringing clarity, simplicity and accountability
- Leading the hiring, development, and retention of product marketing talent

This move is aiding in a long-term plan for greater long-term traveler loyalty, utilizing Expedia’s vast amounts of data, not just from reviews, but from check-in, cleanliness, communication, cancelations, etc to inform how guests experience a property.
