TestFit's building configurator allows everyone involved in the property lifecycle to create and solve site plans in seconds. This far outperforms traditional methods, saving users valuable time and money. TestFit also facilitates rapid evaluations of development deals across multifamily and commercial real estate.
Real estate visualization and configuration tools are developing rapidly, and TestFit's main challenge will be competing with other providers, including startup Pureblink. However, the company has consolidated its market position by securing several rounds of funding from Parkway Ventures and a number of other crucial partnerships, including an integration with real-time visualization software Enscape. This will undoubtedly give TestFit a valuable edge against its competitors.
