Who you are

You’ve got 2-3 years of BA (or similar) experience and you’re hungry to take your development to the next level
You use best-practice frameworks to prioritise and deliver key digital functionality
You enjoy analysing data and you’re able to draw data-led conclusions quickly and accurately
Your default when faced with a problem is to think of multiple ways of solving it, not to conclude that it can't be fixed

What the job involves

Deliver against the strategic direction of our website by working closely with senior leadership, tech and product design
Get to the route of various challenges that crop up across our digital platforms, from the website to third-party-apps
Work closely with our Marketing team to build customer-centric CRM flows, appropriately set up to deliver segmentation and personalisation
Get stuck into GA to support analysis of digital marketing campaigns and how users are behaving on our site
Identify the need for new tools, scope them out and deliver them in line with their ability to deliver strategic value

Salary benchmarks

Our take

Refillable beauty products were big on the market in the '90s from brands like The Body Shop and Faith in Nature. Now they’re having a resurgence, as modern customers are looking to cut down on their use of plastics. Mainstream brands like Aldi and Asda are trialling in-store refill stations, and consumer appetite is reported to be up across the board. So Life Supplies is set to launch at a great market moment.

Whilst the company is still in stealth mode, it’s promising to tackle the issue of spent plastic bottles from bathroom products. Life Supplies’ solution is plant-based refillable containers - but beyond that it’s holding its cards close to its chest, other than to suggest that the concept will be extended to other products in future.

This means it’s tough to tell how Life Supplies intends to differentiate itself from bathroom refillable providers like, for example, Plaine Products, fiils, or indeed The Body Shop.
