• Fluent in Spanish

• Experience leading a diversity of events, from small conferences to large trade shows
• Proficient in MS excel

Desirable

• Responsible for all aspects of events management including pre-planning, day of execution and post show analysis
• Produce detailed worksheets for each event outlining timelines, venue, suppliers, attendees, promotional items and budgets
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
• Manage communications and promotional materials for all events
• Do final check day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports to all involved parties
• Managing the event budget and producing within budget
• Lead capture process and analysis
