• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
• Experience supporting a broad range of functions, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership

• ICON is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing People team and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions
• This role will be based in Austin, TX and report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across all departments and levels, including technical, non-technical, and field-based positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and design an efficient and inclusive hiring process
• Source, screen, and assess candidates while ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the funnel
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with speed and precision, balancing candidate experience with hiring team efficiency
• Extend and negotiate offers in collaboration with the People team, ensuring clarity and alignment with compensation and equity philosophy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide data-driven updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership as needed
• Contribute to recruiting projects such as employer branding, candidate experience enhancements, and process improvements
