Who you are

You will be a people person who loves working with clients and helping them get the most out of their experience.
A hands on problem solver with burning desire to make a difference and "get things done" in a growing, disruptive business
You're an empathetic partner who will understand and support the different customers we serve and knows how Riskbase can help them each optimise their businesses.
Confident presenting and engaging with customers and comfortable working through the entire customer life cycle from onboarding to legacy client management.
A quick learner and excellent communicator who is comfortable absorbing information and making the complex simple
Passion for the property sector and the power of technology to be a driver of change

Desirable

Two or more years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
Ideally experience in one or a combination of technology, risk management, compliance and/or real estate sectors however we'd rather hire someone who's a great cultural fit and willing to learn!

Working with our clients to understand their needs and how our product can help them and their businesses. You will love solving problems and seeing things through from start to finish
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the confidence to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Acting as the translation layer between our customer needs and tech to help shape the future of our products.

However compliance with these new laws is a difficult business for social landlords and managing agents, and with millions of homes in their portfolios getting it right is absolutely paramount. RiskBase provides a range of cloud tools and app to make compliance simpler and more effective, saving property managers time and money and (more importantly) improving the safety of UK's vast managed property sector.
