Who you are
- Excellent people management skills and experience leading/managing a team
- Excellent communication, organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strongly preferred business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience, preferably consultative customer service experience working within the real estate, ESG, consulting, and/or financial services industry
- Industry background in Real Estate and/or Sustainability
- ESG subject matter expertise is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Sustainability, or otherwise proven experience equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent data management skills
What the job involves
- The Senior Account Operations Manager will drive the cross-functional collaboration of Scaler teams to provide an exceptional experience for Scaler clients from onboarding to management to renewal
- The Senior Account Operations Manager will consistently identify and implement best practices for strategic account management to ensure a seamless support model that strengthens trusted relationships with Scaler clients
- Determine client goals, challenges, and data needs, while utilizing product and industry knowledge to optimize the client experience with the Scaler platform
- Proactively lead the customer success team across the entire ESG data gathering and analysis lifecycle to meet our customer needs
- Project manage, organize, and prioritize requests and tasks to ensure timely and accurate client services
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and other key partners
- Be a subject matter expert per Scaler, Commercial Real Estate Investment, and ESG
- Lead & upskill our customer success team and contribute to the overall Scaler partnership strategy
- Contribute to continual client service process optimization and resources, including updates to onboarding, product requirements, tutorials, and other client support materials
