Who you are

Proven experience of building and managing marketing operations plans to support global marketing strategy across multiple client regions and segments
Proven experience working in asset management marketing with up-to-date knowledge of investment industry, products and working in a regulatory and compliant way
Experience in client reporting and the creation and client presentations across global wealth and institutional channels
Enthusiasm for marketing processes and technology and for keeping up to date with new trends and innovations
Organised and driven to deliver key projects and initiatives - especially when working to tight deadlines and a range of key stakeholders

What the job involves

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to work within the Aviva Investors Customer and Marketing Team
You will be responsible for building and managing the Marketing operations team at Aviva Investors, providing strategic direction on operational marketing activity to drive efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that we have the infrastructure to enable the Aviva Investors Global Marketing plan
This role will also sit on the Aviva Investors Customer and Marketing Senior Leadership Team (TBC)
Within the role you will be managing a team of 2-3 presentations specialists, risk and governance lead and marketing operations manager
