Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of industry experience building large scale and high-performance advertising products
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in full stack development
- Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in a collaborative environment
- Experience with ads delivery, targeting, measurement, or optimization systems is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of backend technologies, distributed systems, and data processing pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for performance, reliability, and product impact
- Obsessed with building great product experiences
What the job involves
- We’re looking for exceptional ads engineers who want to join us on a new project to integrate xAI’s advanced AI infrastructure deeply into the Ads Platform
- We’re looking for individuals who have built exceptional advertising products and systems at massive scale
- We’re bringing and using xAI’s technology stack to transform our advertising stack
- Be involved in the full array of xAI’s work, including ideation, experimentation, implementation, and maintenance of distributed systems and product features
- Leverage all of xAI’s infra and AI stacks to dramatically enhance advertising products
- Own and operate systems and products driving the majority of X’s revenue
