What the job involves

The AMS Global Vice President for CRM Solution Sales and Consulting will lead all CRM-related sales motions and functions within the geo
Reporting directly to the Geo Presidents and with a dotted line to the Global SVP of CRM Sales, this role is pivotal in driving CRM solution sales and consulting efforts across the geo
The ideal candidate will leverage a GM mindset and possess a deep understanding of CRM solutions, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse set of functional teams
This executive will be responsible for driving CRM sales execution leveraging the playbook and key weekly metrics
This role demands a leader who will inspire teams, navigate a matrixed set of support teams across global COE, marketing, technical and partner organizations while delivering predictably exceptional results
Lead and manage all CRM solution sales and consulting activities within the geo
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
Collaborate with Geo Presidents and the Global SVP of CRM Sales to align sales strategies and initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Provide leadership and guidance to the CRM sales and consulting teams, ensuring high performance and professional development
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CRM sales processes and methodologies
Represent the geo in global CRM sales meetings and contribute to the overall CRM strategy

The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
