Role
Who you are
- Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated person who has a desire to build a career within the Company
- Fluent in English and German
- At least one year’s experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance

What the job involves
- To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Collections Executive to join our collections department
- You will be responsible for promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues
- To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
- Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections
- Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms
- Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems
- Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments
