- Experience within marketing analytics, data science, media, consulting, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Strong academic background in marketing, analytics, economics or business
- Experience in advanced audience analytics, Marketing Mix Measurement, real-time measurement tools, 0/1st party consumer data, optimization
- Experience in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI
- Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and across the organization
What the job involves
- This role is responsible for the Media ROI learning plan for multiple brands in Europe helping the Marketing teams for continued success against the ROI targets
- We are searching for someone skilled in operating within a matrix organization, bringing together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing), key Publisher partners (e.g. , Google, Meta) and Analytics providers (Circana, Nielsen, Redmill)
- This role is also leveraging advanced analytic tools to identify opportunities to optimize media effectiveness and ROI
- One line is reporting into this role (Sr Analyst)
- You'll work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
- Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver
