Senior QA Software Lead, Pumpkin

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and frameworks, with proficiency in automated testing and performance testing tools
• A skilled troubleshooter who can identify the root cause of defects and propose solutions for improvement
• Ability to think strategically about QA processes, aligning them with business goals and delivering measurable improvements
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making on testing strategy and resource allocation
