Who you are

4+ years of experience in a senior design role
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment for a SaaS business
Portfolio of shipped work showing strong visual and interaction design. We’re looking for clarity, craft, and business impact – not just conceptual work
Experience designing thoughtful user journeys and edge cases across multi-step workflows—not just screens
An exceptional eye for visual design—typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish matter deeply to you
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders
Experience with design systems, programming, or AI technical tools (optional but valued)

What the job involves

As the company continues its rapid growth, we’re seeking visionary, driven team players to join our dynamic environment, where challenges are met with unmatched rewards as we transform the hospitality and experiences industry globally
Lead end-to-end design of product features – including discovery, ideation, prototyping and polished UI
Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
Run lightweight research and usability testing
Partner with product and business stakeholders to define problems, scope, and solutions
Contribute to brand design needs, including marketing visuals, campaign assets, and sales decks
Ensure visual consistency across brand and product touchpoints

Our take

Way’s brand activation platform is used by boutique hotel groups and independent hotels to curate and offer experiences & events to boost brand awareness and loyalty. The company was founded on the belief that consumers prefer spending on experiences than products.

Since its founding in 2020, Way has picked up a number of well-known hotel brands including Salt Hotels and Life House Hotels in North America. And the fact that it's already expanded to an office in Paris is a good indication of its strong growth.

Since securing major funding from Tiger Global in 2022, Way has also been adding to its executive team as it looks to expand further internationally. Plans are in motion to pivot into adjacent sectors, including retail and media, where brand activation experiences are also growing in demand.
