What the job involves
- Reporting to: Head of Operations - Medications
- Workpattern: Full Time Permanent (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm)
- The Medication Operation Team works with referring partners to facilitate ADHD ongoing support for individuals with a positive diagnosis via the Medication
- The Operations Team Lead ensure the smooth progression of medication pathway clients through their ProblemShared journey day-to-day service delivery, including task allocation within the team and managing workflow to meet agreed SLAs
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Team and Clinical Leads, collaborating with the Clinical Team to enhance service delivery for staff and clients
- Monitor team performance, efficiency, and progress against established targets
- Oversee service-specific customer support and handle first-level complaint escalations
- Set up and manage team scheduling, coordinating with other Team Leads as necessary
- Review and update processes to maintain and improve service delivery standards, Monitor key exception reports (e.g., admin users, recommendations, SLAs)
- Manage clinician availability to ensure timely access to ND services for clients
- Track assessment availability and volumes to identify and escalate potential resourcing requirements
- Highlight capacity shortfalls and support the team with training and development initiatives
- Compile operational data to ensure effective service monitoring
- Provide updates to governance meetings on team progress, risks, and issues as required
- Lead onboarding and training for new team members
- Conduct team audits to maintain compliance and quality standards
