Who you are
- 10+ years in solutions or services focused leadership roles, with at least 5 years delivering AI or machine learning based solutions
- Experience building a solutions business and team from the ground up including owning P&L
- Proven experience building and prioritizing a roadmap of differentiated solutions, including coordinating multiple internal technical and non-technical teams to support solution development and delivery
- Strong understanding of customer-centric needs, solution architecture, and delivery models
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a passion for solving real-world ground-breaking problems through AI
What the job involves
- The Head of AI Solutions will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to meet customer-specific needs across various industries
- This role combines deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence with business leadership and a customer-first mindset to ensure our AI offerings are aligned with client goals, while delivering them in a repeatable manner
- You'll lead customer engagement to understand business objectives, pain points, and success criteria, translating them into a roadmap of differentiated AI-powered solutions
- Define and oversee a structured prioritization framework that aligns solution development with customer impact, urgency, technical feasibility, and market opportunity
- Coordinate internal resources including Applied AI, Research, Product, and Engineering to build the technologies necessary to deliver solutions to customers
- Package and price repeatable solutions for sales to take to market and educate them on how to engage customers
- Oversee the delivery of AI solutions to customers including coordination among internal teams—from discovery and pilot to deployment and support—ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to KPIs
- Drive the development of reusable solution templates and accelerators to speed up implementation while preserving flexibility
- Develop co-delivery or sub-contract plays with key system integration partners
- Manage resourcing and utilization of internal staff
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align AI initiatives with broader business and technical objectives
- Serve as an executive sponsor for high-priority accounts, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable results
- Grow and develop a team, own P&L of AI solutions business

Stability AI is an AI-driven visual art company that designs and implements an open AI tool that creates images based on text input. Through collective intelligence and augmented technology, Stability AI is helping research communities develop cutting-edge AI models for image, language, audio, video, 3D content, biotech and other scientific research.
Working in partnership with Amazon Web Services, Stability AI's latest release, Stable Diffusion is a text-to-image model that utilizes the Ezra-1 UltraCluster (the world's fifth-largest supercomputer). The model quickly proved to be a success, with four of the top ten applications on Apple's App Store being powered by Stable Diffusion after just one month.
The company is also focused on expanding its creative sector offerings, recently hiring legendary filmmaker James Cameron to bring an artistic perspective to its suite of storytelling tools. This exciting development will help Stability AI push the boundaries of AI-driven media and help on its mission to transform visual storytelling.
