Senior Staff AI Engineer, Lattice

• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML, primarily LLM, systems in production environments
• LLM Expertise: Deep expertise in LLM techniques, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF, LoRA, and vector databases
• AIOps Leadership: Hands-on experience with AIOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CDK, MLflow, and DataDog for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows
• Technical Depth: Expertise in Python (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) and cloud platforms, particularly AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS), with a strong understanding of large-scale data engineering
• System Design: Exceptional end to end system design and well rounded architecture skills, capable of solving open-ended problems with innovative solutions
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align technical work with larger business and organizational goals, exercising judgment to prioritize impactful outcomes
• Leadership and Mentorship: Strong track record of influencing and mentoring engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments
