Who you are
- Language Proficiency: Native in German and fluency in English is crucial
- Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH market
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and coach a sales team, fostering a positive, results-driven environment
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity and the MSP/partner-driven model, with experience in competing and differentiating in a crowded market

- Relationship Management: Strong network of relationships within the industry and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners/resellers

- Sales Methodologies: Experienced in MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or similar sales/qualification methodologies
What the job involves

- We are looking for a commercially minded and impactful, yet humble and people-driven, Regional Sales Director
- You will take a hands-on approach in managing and developing your team of Account Executives and one SDR
- The focus is on driving deal reviews, improving forecast accuracy, enabling strong deal management, and coaching the team to success
- In addition, you will actively support your team by joining and helping to close complex deals
- Reporting to the CRO, you will help us establish and drive success across your region as we continue to scale our Field teams over the remainder of 2025 and beyond
- The ideal candidate will already be a successful sales leader, with a passion for getting things done and thriving in a fast-paced environment

- Coach and train your sales team, including running regular deal reviews and supporting pipeline accuracy
- Be responsible for your regional GTM strategy, with a strong focus on the SMB segment
- Understand and apply the core metrics of the business to improve forecast accuracy and regional performance
- Actively support and close key deals – joining calls, meeting customers on-site, and ensuring deal success
- Manage and develop your existing team, fostering growth and resilience
- Leverage your experience in a partner-driven (MSP) sales model to maximize regional success
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing and sales engineering
- Plan and communicate the growth path in your region, both annually and on an ongoing basis
- Be available for monthly PG Days in Duisburg (travel required)
