Senior Frontend Product Engineer, Docebo

• Frontend Expertise: 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise building modern web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar, with the ability to become highly effective in an Angular codebase
• Angular Architecture: Strong understanding of component architecture, application state, routing, reactive programming, design systems, frontend performance, accessibility, and the patterns required to evolve large-scale web applications
• Product Engineering Mindset: A proven track record of owning customer-facing functionality from ambiguous requirements through polished production experiences, balancing engineering quality with usability and business outcomes
• Integration Fluency: Comfortable working with REST APIs, service contracts, authentication, asynchronous workflows, and distributed systems, with the ability to navigate backend code — including PHP-backed services — to troubleshoot issues and safely evolve integrations
• Engineering Excellence: Hands-on experience with automated testing across unit, integration, and E2E layers, alongside CI/CD, frontend observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and pragmatic technical-debt management
• Technical Force Multiplier: Able to guide engineers through technical uncertainty, unblock complex frontend problems, establish reusable patterns, raise engineering standards, and mentor others through design discussions, code reviews, and pairing

• You don't need to be a PHP or backend specialist. We do expect you to be comfortable looking beyond the frontend when necessary — understanding API and service behaviour, navigating unfamiliar backend code, debugging issues across system boundaries, and collaborating with backend engineers to deliver complete customer experiences
• Direct Angular experience is valuable, but strong engineers from comparable modern frontend ecosystems should still feel encouraged to apply if they have the fundamentals and track record to ramp quickly
