Investor Relations Manager, Phi Labs

• We are looking for self-starters and mission-driven individuals to join us as we expand Archway across Web3
• The ideal candidate for this role takes initiative and ownership over their work, thrives in fast-paced and highly collaborative remote settings, and is capable of rapidly adapting to evolving needs as required
• Global work experience is required, specifically within Europe/APAC
• Deep understanding of financial modeling valuation, investing, and investment management
• 5+ years experience with a focus on investors relations and treasury management with equity and tokens
• Master at processes, frameworks, deal funnels
• Strong understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and traditional finance
• Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts
• A deep and relevant network including industry leaders and executives

• You'll be at the helm of investor relations, OTC, and treasury management for our team
• You will work closely with our operations team and CoS to engage investors, advisors, and new partners bring users such as; capital providers/funds, exchanges, and wallets to the Archway
