Who you are
- 2+ years experience in an Enterprise B2B business development rep role at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- Experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals
- Team-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

What the job involves
- We are seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) to partner closely with our Account Executives to find and engage new prospects that would be a great fit for Hebbia.
- Your goal will be to generate qualified sales opportunities that will contribute to the company’s revenue growth. You will develop strategic connections with clients and tailor your outreach to their specific business needs. You should be able to articulate a strategic vision on the Hebbia solution, and position it in a way that maximizes value to customers
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
- Identify key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts
- Gain interest from prospective customers through channels such as outbound cold calling and emails to break into net new logos in assigned territory
- Run your own qualification calls with potential clients, helping to guide them through the first part of the evaluation process
- Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements and articulate how Hebbia can meet those needs better than other solutions
- Consistently meet established quota targets that will contribute to the company’s revenue growth

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.
The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.
Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
