Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience with a focus on technical roles
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements, preferably in the AI field
- Deep understanding and experience in sourcing passive talent, pipeline development strategies, methods and tools
- Proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or comparable tools
- You are a self-starter able to work independently
- You thrive in a startup environment where things move fast
- You love optimizing workflows and look for opportunities to improve processes
- You’re organized and can prioritize tasks effectively
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to fuel our growth with extraordinary talent
- You'll partner closely on strategic and operational levels with hiring managers and stakeholders in engineering, product, and other areas to attract and engage top talent. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process to support Inworld’s continued growth
- Own full-cycle recruitment from candidate outreach to offer to close
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Establish strong relationships with passive and active talent to build a network for current and future opportunities
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure exceptional candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
Our take
Dialogue writing for video games has traditionally been a matter of branching conversations based on player input, but this is a time-consuming and complicated process. In modern virtual environments which can contain thousands of characters, the need to save on costs means that conversations with many characters can be shallow and repetitive. Inworld AI's solution allows for the creation of unique and flexible interactions for even the most minor characters, based on just a few descriptive sentences.
Since launching, Inworld has quickly grown from an AI-character startup into one of the key players powering consumer AI.
