Who you are

Experience in recruiting junior GTM positions at a high-volume, with exposure to field sales recruitment being an added bonus
You're comfortable working with around 10-15 requisitions at a time, end-to-end
Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is ideal
You must be based in the EST timezone
Strong admin and organizational skills, you're able to effectively prioritise your time
Experience with strong reporting capabilities (tracking in-put and out-put metrics)
Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and representing the company’s brand in a professional, authentic way

Are you a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to play a key role in supercharging our commercial growth in the US? This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about strategically building the teams: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing, that fuel our position as the largest and fastest-growing beauty booking app in the world.
You'll be instrumental in shaping our top-tier TA strategy, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the best GTM talent, with a special focus on US expansion
