• Proven Track Record: Between 3–5+ years of high-impact experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury, or Debt Advisory within a bank, institutional investor, or specialist lender in the UK
• Scale-up Resilience: You are a proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, less-structured scale-up environment
• Execution Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
• Financial Engineering: You possess exceptional quantitative and financial modelling skills and are an expert in Microsoft Excel, capable of building complex models from scratch
• Analytical Rigor: Deep experience in refining unit economics and financial reporting packs for the Board and key stakeholders
• Stakeholder Influence: Strong communication and presentation skills are critical for managing external funding relationships and internal departmental reviews
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Experience partnering with data, engineering, and product teams to ensure financial models and reports are robust and reliable

• You’ll serve as the lead point of contact for forward flow funding partners, cultivating collaborative relationships and being the key figure in all change and development of our funding arrangements
• You’ll have the opportunity to architect and optimise mortgage funding processes to ensure they’re robust, clearly documented, and capable of scaling as lending volumes accelerate
• You’ll partner directly with Product and Engineering teams to revolutionise the funder experience through better data delivery, interface design and change management
• You’ll get to lead the delivery of mission-critical weekly and monthly reporting, including complex portfolio performance, origination trends, and funder covenant compliance
