• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, fast growing tech company experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details
• Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines

• Omada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Strategic Finance Team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions
• The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers
• The position will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and will have extensive exposure to the executive team
• You will partner directly with our executives to forecast operating expenses, annual budgets and influence strategic decision making
• As a member of the team you will support key processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing operational improvements
• Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis
• Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting
• Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization
• Support month-end close cadence and packages
• Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system
