Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role working on high-touch accounts
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into action
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive business outcomes
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration - across clients, partners, and internal teams
- A true team-player who uplifts those around them while owning their own responsibilities
- Strong multitasking skills - able to juggle multiple projects and campaigns with ease
- Confident communicator and presenter, both written and verbal
- Experience working with CRMs and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in group risk or health insurance is a bonus, but not required
- A self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, improve, and innovate

- As a Customer Success Manager at YuLife, you'll manage client accounts, deepen relationships, and drive adoption to ensure they unlock the full value of their insurance, boosting growth and retention

- As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts
- Your role is to deepen relationships, drive adoption, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure each client feels supported, engaged, and successful
- You’ll be a trusted advisor and the main point of contact - proactive, strategic, and focused on driving meaningful business outcomes
- Own and manage a specified list of customer accounts, building strong and trusted relationships
- Use data-driven insights to prioritise focus areas, drive engagement, and shape your customer success strategy
- Maximise adoption and impact, ensuring customers are realising the full value of YuLife
- Identify renewal and upsell opportunities, driving account growth and expanding customer lifetime value
- Actively reduce churn by recognising risks early and implementing mitigation strategies
- Serve as a YuLife product expert and consultant; supporting clients in embedding our solution across their organisations
- Resolve client issues and requests efficiently, ensuring every interaction adds value
- Be the voice of the customer internally, representing their needs across the business
- Balance multiple priorities across stakeholders, campaigns, and projects - staying calm under pressure and highly organised
- Present with confidence and clarity - whether in person or virtually

YuLife wants to change the life insurance landscape, by gamifying health and wellbeing. Working with businesses and their employees, YuLife rewards people for their everyday healthy behaviours, encouraging users to complete activities like walking or meditation then rewarding them with air miles, vouchers, and gift cards from partners.
With over 85% of SMEs having no life insurance for their employees in place, YuLife also wants to streamline the process of purchasing insurance. Through the company, employers can offer membership as a perk. Users can then progress through levels, compete with colleagues and earn yucoin for healthy choices. The currency can be exchanged for rewards such as gym memberships and gift cards.
YuLife has experienced significant success in the UK, and is now seeking to use this momentum to propel itself into global operations, staring with the US market. It continues to launch new features, such as health insurance options, gamified training courses for brokers, and an AI-powered metric that assesses business health and wellbeing.
