Who you are
- 7+ years of experience selling a SaaS solution
- Experience managing and developing a team of top performing AEs
- Detailed knowledge of (and passion for) SaaS solutions and cloud applications - and how people buy them
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas, both as an AE and a manager
- Experience leading tenured sales professionals selling go-to-market technology into the Fortune 50
- Experience hiring high performing sales professionals selling complex deals
- Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.com
- Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are a startup
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
What the job involves
- As the Strategic Sales Director at Reprise, you will play a key role in scaling and optimizing a quickly growing, core part of our business
- You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of top performing Senior and Strategic Enterprise Account Executives while consistently exceeding sales targets
- In this role, you will report directly to the Co-founder and Head of Sales, and will work closely with Senior and Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to ensure we drive business value across multiple stakeholders within organizations throughout complex enterprise sales cycles
- Interview and hire top performing Senior and Strategic Enterprise Account Executives
- Mentor and develop your team of Account Executives by providing regular coaching, leading weekly 1-1s, and strategizing on deal execution
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity across the sales organization
- Consistently deliver against revenue and headcount targets
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Join and lead opportunity calls with Account Executives to drive deals forward through the sales process

Reprise hosts demo applications for software enterprises including Pendo, Gainsight, Cloudera and Medallia. It has raised a large amount of capital from multiple successful funding rounds, which will support continued scaling and puts it in a great position to capitalise on rising demand.
