Customer Engagement Manager, Electric Twin

• Experience (3+ years) in a consulting, strategy or other generalist role with track record of delivering and exceeding project objectives
• Ability to influence stakeholders across levels of expertise and seniority, and align people behind a goal
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
• Proactive attitude - ability to spot gaps and opportunities and, in advance, build the processes to address them. This should include a mindset for scale, building robust processes and enablement
• Exceptional verbal and written communications, ideally including experience in a client-facing role
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, behaviour science, and the ability to articulate complex scientific propositions to different audiences
• Customer obsession - interest to understand our customers and the value that we deliver
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment surrounded by high-performance individuals

Desirable

• Ownership of specific client engagement: own specific client engagements, taking responsibility for end-to-end project management, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation and delivery
• Retention and growth: drive customer retention, secure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Work with our founders and commercial team to navigate complex solution alignment, project scoping and creation
• Onboarding and implementation: guide clients through seamless onboarding, develop personalized implementation plans, and ensure successful product adoption
• Customer advocacy: Proactively address client concerns, gather feedback and advocate their needs within the company
• Project management: work with teams across departments to ensure successful project outcomes, build and maintain strong client relationships, meet and exceed client expectations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with marketing, product, and tech engineers to align efforts and drive customer value

• 1. Intro call (30min): short call with our with Chief of Staff. We provide more information on the company, the team, and the talent we seek
• 2. Skill review and team interview (1 hour): session to understand candidate's experience, skills, and motivation. The interview aims to confirm that the candidate has the skills needed to match the role
• 3. Case-study presentation: Promising candidates proceed to a practical co-working assessment, for which more details will be released before the session
• 4. Cultural fit: Another team member will interview the most promising candidates and assess their fit against Electric Twin’s values. By the end of this stage, a candidate must have met both founders
• 5. Job Offer: Offer to selected candidates. This includes details about the role, salary, benefits, and other terms of employment
• 6. References: We see this as a key part of the hiring process with the goal being to understand how we can integrate their skillset most effectively and manage their development better
