- Organizational skills and the ability to simplify complex problems and prioritize what matters most for the sake of the team and the business
Desirable
- Experience building RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) based solutions
- Experience setting up and maintaining vector databases
- Experience evaluating context specific LLM responses
- Experience working with tools such as Haystack or Langchain
- Experience building solutions on cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Experience working with highly sensitive data in a healthcare environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Sr. AI/ML Engineer who is eager to build the backend infrastructure necessary to deliver generative AI based products and who cares about impact, ownership, cross-functional projects, and mentorship
- Be part of a team working on building generative AI powered solutions
- Create the necessary backend infrastructure to enable scalable, resilient and highly performant solutions
- Deploy and manage various applications in our Kubernetes clusters
- Deploy and manage various databases and document stores for AI enabled solutions
- Work with stakeholders on requirements and solutions for AI/ML backend infrastructure
- And of course, you will be coding every day!
