Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in a B2B SaaS Marketing Ops role in a small to medium company that is scaling
- Proven experience building marketing campaign assets (emails, forms, landing pages, lists) and workflows in HubSpot as a Marketing Operations professional
- Proficiency in all areas of HubSpot at the Enterprise level (Marketing Hub Enterprise, CRM Hub Enterprise, and Operations Hub)
- Working knowledge of HTML, advanced data analysis, and dashboarding skills
- You have a track record of building sustainable, automated solutions for time-consuming, repetitive tasks
- Strong command for using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, low-code/no-code AI platforms) as part of your daily workflow. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should naturally reach for AI to solve problems and aren't waiting for permission to experiment
- You have a very good knowledge of B2B software marketing methodologies
- Experience with Clay, N8N, Apollo.io, Influ2, Monday.com and others
- You are a resourceful and creative problem-solver, with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to requests promptly
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What the job involves
- Build HubSpot marketing campaigns, emails, webinars, forms and registration pages and workflows following best practices and team policies
- Build and maintain lead scoring and routing systems that keep the top of funnel healthy and ensure clean, timely handoffs to BDRs
- Maintain and use integrations within HubSpot to support Marketing and Sales
- Manage data integrity within HubSpot to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across teams
- Improve email deliverability and sending practices to ensure appropriate contact frequency
- Ensure compliance with applicable data management regulations in marketing operations
- Implement and verify correct tracking and attribution processes
- Collaborate with Marketing to design, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Support channel owners with list uploads and enrichment, data hygiene, asset creation, campaign execution, and operational tasks
- Partner with the Data team for accurate and relevant data flow from HubSpot to other platforms for reporting
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools across marketing operations workflows to reduce manual effort, improve speed, and increase quality of output
- Document marketing and sales operations processes in Notion and track project involvement on Monday.com

Fieldguide offers a cloud-native collaboration and automation platform for accounting and advisory practices. The idea is to make workflow and collaboration more streamlined, and automate parts of it altogether, for teams working on cybersecurity, risk, and ESG audits.
Fieldguide has launched with a focus on three high-demand and high-growth areas of business. With cybersecurity and ESG in particular seeing increased corporate investment, thanks to the steep costs of error or regulatory non-compliance, demand for tech that can help manage this influx of auditing work is likely to grow fast. Indeed, Fieldguide received an impressive funding injection in 2024 that will help expand the kinds of audits its product applies to, as well as grow its team.
Fieldguide has already netted some key audit and advisory firms as clients, suggesting that the young company is onto something good. Internal productivity tools are booming across multiple industries, with automation also seeing a significant uptake for enterprise businesses. If Fieldguide can successfully manage its scale-up, it could become an important software player.
