Software Engineering Manager, Intapp

• The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in distributed systems and data processing, combined with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Experience in financial services or AI/data science domains is valued but not required
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years managing engineering teams
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent
• Strong technical background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and API design
• Track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions
• Background in large-scale data processing and analytics
• Experience in the team’s core tech stack: python, Kafka and rabbitMQ, Databricks and Spark, etc
