Company mission
To empower teams with the best tech tools to hire better together.
Role
Who you are
- Entrepreneurial Track Record: Proven ability to build something from the ground up, ideally a partner, channel or business development motion
- Commercial Skill: Strong new-business and partner acquisition skills, with direct B2B/SaaS sales or business development experience as a strong advantage
- Partner Development: Skilled at identifying, qualifying and engaging high-potential partners, and turning a signed partnership into an active commercial relationship
- Key Trait: Comfortable creating structure while executing in an environment without a finished playbook
- Key Trait: Entrepreneurial, self-driven and hands-on, combining a hunter mentality for new partnerships with the discipline to develop long-term relationships
- Communication: Professional fluency in English, comfortable operating across international, cross-cultural partner relationships
What the job involves
- As our Partner Manager for International Markets, you'll build and grow Tellent's partner network across every market outside our core regions of Benelux, DACH and France
- There's no established network to inherit and no fixed playbook to follow: you decide which markets offer the strongest opportunity, define what a strong partner looks like, and then find, sign and grow them
- The primary focus is partner acquisition and activation, turning partnerships into a scalable, predictable source of pipeline and revenue for Tellent
- You will report to the Partnership Lead for BLX & International Markets
- Market Development: Research and prioritize International Markets, and define Tellent's Ideal Partner Profile per priority market
- Partner Acquisition: Build a strong pipeline of potential partners, proactively approaching, qualifying and recruiting the high-potential ones
- Commercial Case & Negotiation: Understand each partner's business model, build a compelling commercial case for working with Tellent, and negotiate agreements with clear mutual expectations
- Activation & Enablement: Onboard and enable partners on Tellent, Recruitee, our ICP, positioning and sales approach
- Performance Management: Establish joint business plans, commercial cadences and pipeline reviews, and manage performance against agreed results
- Collaboration: You'll work daily with the Partnership Manager Benelux, Marketing and RevOps to route leads, align on positioning and bring campaigns to life
- Your 12-Month Journey:
- During the first 3 months: You research and prioritize International Markets, define Tellent's Ideal Partner Profile, and land your first signed partners
- Within 6 months: You're operating independently, with a focused group of high-potential partners signed in the right markets and the processes in place that form the foundation of the International Markets partner model
- After 1 year: You're driving partner-generated pipeline through joint business plans and structured reviews, and you continue expanding the network into new markets and opportunities
Our take
On a mission to make hiring easy, fun, and accessible, Recruitee, part of Tellent, offers a cloud-based recruitment management system to assist internal HR teams of all sizes. The hiring tool centralises four products onto one platform: employer branding, job promoting, talent sourcing, and applicant tracking.
Recruitee combined with Sympa, which offers customisable core HR solutions in the Nordics, hoping that, together, they can provide their individual customers with premium digital HR solution offerings. Through constant evolution, Recruitee’s founders are working towards a goal to create a business valued at over €1B in the coming years to achieve Unicorn status.
The tech startup has cut its ties with venture capitalists and is instead self-funded, which it deems to offer more space to focus on product, building a sustainable team, and enabling the agency to make decisions about the company’s direction, paving a unique path for itself.
