Client Success Manager, Resource Innovations

• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent initiatives
• Experience analyzing business, operational, compliance, or program data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service

As an/a Client Success Manager (Compliance) you will build strong client relationships, lead compliance-focused program reviews, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, manage project deliverables, and present actionable recommendations to clients and key stakeholders

• Serves as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring client objectives are achieved
• Reviews compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement
• Develops and manages project plans, tracks deliverables, and coordinates stakeholders to ensure initiatives and action items are completed on schedule
• Presents compliance reviews, key findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyzes program performance data and compliance findings to recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity
• Balances multiple client priorities and facilitates collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive successful program outcomes and continuous improvement
