Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Partnership management or Sales
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships, achieving targets and driving measurable growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions
- Familiarity or experience working with HubSpot is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Strategic Alliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on HubSpot
- You will be responsible for driving growth through collaboration & fostering key relationships While your focus will be on HubSpot, as we grow, you will also engage with other strategic partners to maximize opportunities for growth, innovation, and market expansion
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all interactions with HubSpot (and other strategic partners in the future)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, including sales growth & customer acquisition
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to align partnership efforts with company objectives
- Conduct regular reviews to evaluate the health of partnerships and identify areas for improvement
- Partnership Strategy & Development
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities that complement the company’s goals
- Work with partners to create joint business plans, set KPIs, and establish shared goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner products, features, and integrations
- Co-Marketing & Co-Selling Initiatives
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with HubSpot and other partners
- Facilitate co-selling opportunities and support the Sales team with partner-related sales strategies
- Training & Enablement
- Provide training and enablement resources to internal teams to enhance their understanding of our solution
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the partner ecosystem
